Signing up for a Share

You can choose between weekly or every other week deliveries of fresh fruits or fruits and vegetables. Your credit card is charged upon the initial sign up and then 48 hrs before your next scheduled delivery at midnight going forward. If you put your delivery on hold more than 48 hrs prior to your next delivery, your credit card will not be charged.

Putting a Box on Hold/ Changing your Order size

It is easy to manage your account online. If you are going out of town or simply have too much food and want to skip your next delivery, you can put a future box on hold by going to your account and clicking on the calendar day you wish to hold. To change your order size, go to change subscription and select the new size you wish to receive.

All holds and changes must be placed 72 hrs before your delivery.

Picking up/ Receiving your Share

Once you have signed up for a share, your share will be ready for you at your selected delivery site at the times listed on our website. Your order will arrive in a box with your name on it. Please initial next to your name on the delivery list to acknowledge that you have received your box.We are not responsible for shares that have not been picked up in the given window of time. If you are experiencing special circumstances you can call or email us to make alternate arrangements but please understand we cannot guarantee availability outside of the set times.

If you believe you were supposed to receive a delivery and did not receive one you must notify us the same day of your missing delivery.


We deliver your produce in reusable boxes and we ask for your cooperation to maximize the life of the packaging by leaving the boxes behind at the pick-up location or returning them the following week. We strongly encourage subscribers to BYOBag.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, penalty free. Simply login to your account and go to change subscription. From here, click cancel subscription. A subscription cannot be canceled while an order is in progress so you will have to cancel once you have received your box and prior to the Friday midnight deadline for changes. If you miss the deadline, you are welcome to have a friend or family member pick up the box for you.


Need to renew? Our new online shop features payment via automatic weekly subscription renewal, so once you have signed up, you won't ever need to worry about a lapsed subscription. If your credit card is about to expire, you will receive an email asking to enter updated information. It is that simple.

If your card does not run, you will continue to receive your deliveries and will be charged once your card is updated. If you have a negative balance past 60 days you will be charged 20% percent as a late fee. Accounts past due after 90 days will be sent to a collections agency and customer will be responsible for fees incurred.

Quality and Satisfaction

Your weekly share contains an assortment of organic produce that is 100% certified organic. Changing seasons influence the variety of produce we offer; as a result, your box will vary from week to week. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the produce you received we will work with you to make sure you're completely satisfied. Be sure to let us know within 48 hours of receiving your box of any quality issues.
